Linqura Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules governing access to and use of Linqura’s software‑as‑a‑service offerings, including the LINQ™ platform, APIs, integrations, data feeds, websites, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). The AUP is designed to protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the Services, ensure lawful and responsible usage, and safeguard the rights of all users.
2. Applicability
This AUP applies to every individual or entity ("Customer," "User," "you") who accesses or uses the Services, as well as to anyone acting on your behalf. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to ensure that all end‑users within your organization comply with this AUP.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use, the Services to:

Violate Laws & Regulations

Engage in activity that is illegal under applicable federal, state, local, or international law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, extortion, terrorism, or the distribution of counterfeit insurance documents.

Infringe Intellectual Property or Privacy Rights

Upload, transmit, or otherwise make available content that infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right or violates the privacy or publicity rights of any individual.

Generate or Disseminate Discriminatory or Harmful AI Content

Use Linqura’s AI/ML features to produce advice or recommendations that are unfairly discriminatory on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other legally protected class.

Produce content that encourages self‑harm, violence, or other unlawful behavior.

Security Misuse & Network Abuse

Attempt to probe, scan, penetrate, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any system or network without express written permission.

Bypass or breach any security or authentication measures.

Distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code.

Unauthorized Access & Data Theft

Access (or attempt to access) any data, system, or account that does not belong to you, without the owner’s express permission.

Harvest, scrape, or collect information about other users or carriers without authorization, whether manually or via automated means.

Abusive Automation & Resource Drain

Run bulk‑scraping bots, denial‑of‑service attacks, or any process that interferes with, disrupts, or degrades the integrity or performance of the Services.

Circumvent request‑rate limits, concurrency caps, or consumption thresholds described in your subscription plan.

Spam & Unsolicited Communications

Transmit, or facilitate the transmission of, unsolicited commercial email, SMS, or other communications ("spam") in violation of CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, or similar laws.

Reverse Engineering & Service Derivation

Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any component of the Services.

Build or benchmark a competitive product or service using Linqura.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and notify Linqura immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.

Ensure that all data provided to the Services is accurate, lawful, and non‑infringing.

Configure role‑based access controls within your account to limit data exposure.

Promptly cooperate with Linqura in investigating suspected violations.
5. Fair Usage
The Services include usage caps designed to maintain equitable resource availability. Linqura may throttle, restrict, or suspend excessive activity that materially degrades system performance or surpasses plan entitlements.
6. Enforcement & Remedies
If Linqura determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may—without notice—remove or disable content, suspend or terminate access, report unlawful activity to authorities, or pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity. Recurring or egregious violations may result in permanent account closure.
7. Reporting Violations
To report abuse or AUP violations, please email security@linqura.ai with a detailed description of the suspected misconduct and any relevant evidence.
8. Changes to This AUP
We may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
