Linqura, Inc. ("Linqura," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and organizations that visit our websites, use our software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) products—including the LINQ™ platform, LinqPlatform™, and related applications—and otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information and describes the choices and rights you have with respect to your personal information.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information we process through:

  • Websites we operate, including linqura.com, linqura.ai, their sub‑domains, and any branded microsites under our control (the "Sites").

  • SaaS products and APIs that we license to insurance agencies, carriers, managing general agents, wholesalers, and other business customers.

  • Marketing and sales activities, customer support, events, and social‑media properties we manage.

It does not apply to information processed by third‑party services that integrate with our platform; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing (including direct marketing)

  • Receive a portable copy of personal information

  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)

California residents can exercise CCPA/CPRA rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of "sharing" for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We honor authorized agent requests and respond within statutory timeframes.

8. Security

No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services and fulfill contractual obligations

  • Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements

  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Customer Content is retained per the terms of our Master Subscription Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing.

10. International Data Transfers

Linqura is headquartered in the United States. We may transfer and store information in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards to ensure adequate protection for international transfers.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us to delete it.

12. Third‑Party Sites & Services

Our Sites may contain links to third‑party sites or allow integrations with third‑party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every external site or service you use.
