("Linqura," "we") leverages artificial‑intelligence (AI) and machine‑learning (ML) technologies to deliver insights, carrier‑placement recommendations, risk classifications, document analyses other sales & retention related functionality for property/casualty insurance businesses through its LINQ™ platform and related Services. This Disclaimer explains the inherent limitations of AI‑generated outputs and outlines your responsibilities when relying on them.

2. No Professional, Legal, or Coverage Advice

AI‑generated outputs—whether delivered via dashboards, chat assistants, downloadable reports, or APIs—are informational and probabilistic in nature. They do not constitute:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Underwriting authority or an insurance quote/binder

  • A guarantee of coverage, rating tier, or claim outcome

You must obtain appropriate professional or legal counsel before making any decisions based on AI outputs.

3. Probabilistic Nature & Limitations

  • Training Data: Models are trained on historical and/or customer‑provided datasets that may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or bias.

The Services and all AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linqura shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use, misuse, or reliance on AI‑generated outputs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third‑Party Data & Potential Bias

AI outputs may reflect distortions present in third‑party data sources or historical underwriting decisions. Linqura continuously tests for, and seeks to mitigate, algorithmic bias, but we do not guarantee bias‑free outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your final decisions comply with anti‑discrimination laws and ethical standards.

8. Model Transparency & Updates

We may publish summary documentation of model methodologies, performance benchmarks, and material changes. Significant updates that could materially impact output behavior will be communicated via release notes or in‑product notifications.

9. Governing Terms

This Disclaimer supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, Linqura’s Terms of Service and other contractual agreements. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service will control.
